EMDR Therapy
Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that can target the effects of trauma at a deeper level of the unconscious. I offer in-person EMDR for adults who are ready to work with trauma, PTSD, childhood wounds, and overwhelming life experiences.
My approach to EMDR is creative and imaginal. We will focus on building safety and internal resources first, and then carefully process those painful memories or experiences that may continue to influence elements of your life today. EMDR can support healing from complex trauma, relational trauma, and chronic stress—especially when talking about the trauma has not gone deep enough.
