EMDR Therapy

If you’re living with the after-effects of trauma, anxiety, or painful experiences that still feel stuck in your body and mind, EMDR therapy (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) can help you gently move what hasn’t been able to move on its own. I offer in-person EMDR therapy in Los Angeles for adults who are ready to work with trauma, PTSD, childhood wounds, and overwhelming life experiences.

My approach to EMDR trauma therapy is slow, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your nervous system. We focus on building safety and internal resources first, and then carefully process memories that continue to shape your relationships, self-worth, and sense of safety in the present. EMDR can support healing from complex trauma, relational trauma, and chronic stress—especially when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough.
